Returns

All sales are FINAL. Due to these items being very limited, we do not take returns. Before finalizing your purchase, please ensure you have chosen the correct size and style of your items.

Exchange

All sales are FINAL. Before finalizing your purchase, please ensure you have chosen the correct size, colour, & style of your items. 

 

We will consider exchanges depending on circumstances such as, damaged/defected, wrong items, or size. 

 

We must be contacted within 48 hours of receiving item for any request of exchange. We CANNOT exchange item if it has been washed, worn or damaged, we must receive item in the same condition as it was sent in. You must send the item back to us, as well as the order number and a contact info. 

 

If you would like to exchange an item due to defect/damage, please contact us info@freshmenclothing.com. We will fully examine item, at the time of receiving damaged/defected item back, and contact you via email to confirm whether you are eligible for a replacement.

If eligible for replacement we will replace the item for you, depending on inventory, within a reasonable time period. 

 

If you would like to exchange an item due to the wrong item sent, please contact us with order number. We will fully examine order item, at the time of receiving the wrong item back, and contact you via email to confirm whether you are eligible for a replacement.

 

If you would like to exchange an item for size, please contact us for approval. To be considered, item must be in the same condition sent in (un-worn with all tags and labels attached).
